Sky Replacement
Sky replacement can take a gloomy day and turn it into a beautiful dramatic day. No more fear of having your listing photographed in less than desirable weather.
Cost $5.00 per image
Twilight Photos
Twilight photos are taken at sunset to highlight the property in an evening setting. Twilight photos show best when there is landscaping lighting and lamps that show through the windows. (must be done at the same time as the property photography.)
Rate is $75.00, plus the cost of the property photography.
Retouching
Retouching can include removal of utility wires, buildings, trash cans or other artifact. Please note that MLS prohibits the falsification of an image. The MLS rules do not allow the replacement of lawns, removal of any utility wires, structures or repair of any sort such as paint or color change or any other items that will not represent the property in its true status.
Cost is $25.oo per image
Website Landing Page
Let us design a Website Landing Page for you. The webpage can be used in Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and you can send the link to your clients. We can custom design it to include all of the information from the MLS. Or you can use your own property description.
Cost is $50.00 per page
